Quality of Life in the Workplace Environment is a subject that has been gaining a certain relevance in the Brazilian business context, as it is related to productivity, performance and employee satisfaction inside the organizations. The objective of this project is to identify factors that most impact the quality of life at work, based on Walton s model (1973), considering the perspective of employees working in the sales team of Cidadania Já company. In addition to the literature review, a case study and a field research were conducted through the application of questionnaires and interviews to gain a better understanding of the subject. The data indicate that the variable Growth and Security is one of the main factors for productivity in the organization.The way employees are recognized can be a decisive fact for success or failure of the company.
