This study aimed to understand the relation between the consumers and the third party agencies (TPA) in Brazil. For that were made an analyze to find out the reasons why consumers sometimes complain. To deepen in this subject an qualitative research was made and divided into four topics: consumers issues, knowledge about the CDC and how much they know about the TPA. It was concluded that the consumers don t know how they work but they are willing to understand and use them.
