The study aims to observe and analyze aspects in the professional environment for females, through the perception of female leaders, and considering their rise in the workplace. Presents a bibliographic research on the theoretical subject, as the first process, with authors such as Mendes (2017), Simões (2012), Franco (2009) and other, seeking theories related to the proposed theme, and taking into account current data collection, through reliable sources of research, for instance, IBGE - Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, Great Place to Work, International Labor Organization (ILO) and other, to understand about women s situation more specifically in the labour market, through their difficulties and relevant factors on the conditions of inequality and differences, in relation to the opposite gender. To provide data for the study, as a criterion for selecting the respondents, in this research, the female gender was used, women who work in the labor market in leadership positions and who hold coordination, management, board and CEO positions in their companies. Through this, among 116 total respondents of the questionnaire released, the target group of the survey aimed to be in 49 responses for analysis. According to data collected several analyses were carried out, since double working hours, female participation in the market, gender pay variation, job plans, discrimination and prejudices, faced by women in organizations.
