Resumo:
The present study aims to analyze the homosexual market and propose customer service solutions for Santander bank in Rio de Janeiro. For this, three research scripts were elaborated: an observation exercise in the Work Café model agency, a qualitative survey with some employees and another survey with some clients from different segments. Based on the interviewees report and observation, analyzes were made and recommendations were subsequently made to the company, with the purpose of improving service in order to differentiate itself from other banks.
