This article aims to investigate the importance of good communication between stakeholders and sellers, and how it positively affect in all commercial stages of a food distribution, Frigorífico Novo Meriti. The article begins with a theoretical framework defining process management, personal selling process, and stakeholder communication management. Following this, a semi-structured interview was conducted with salespeople to better understand the main difficulties they experience in their sales processes. It was pointed out how the communication of the sales representatives is made with their customers, with the logistics sector of the company in question, and with the financial one. Finally, create an improvement proposal for the company to eliminate the biggest problems that salespeople have in their daily communication.
