Resumo:
The presente study analyzes the fans experience and services provision in stadiums. Watching games within the crowd could be one of the best experiences as a soccer fan, but not everyone is comfortable attending the games in person. Therefore, the objective of this project was identify which factors help fans to go to the stadium and also which factors contribute to prevent them from watching the games. In addition, the study sought to analyze, through a focus group and quantitative quizzes, the relationship between the club’s market and communication department with its fans and how this relationship is transformed into public and income in matches.
