The study aims to analyze the female participation in leadership positions in companies, with a view to the rise of women in the labor market. Through this, we conducted a bibliographic research on the subject, first with a search for theories related to the proposed study theme, and, ultimately, data collection and analysis to understand about the situation of women, the labor market, in the current panorama, and relevant factors on the conditions of equality, as well as differences in relation to men in a corporative environment.
