This work aimed at identifying the most valued Organizational Climate variables by Generation Y. Actually, the Generation Y recognizes opportunities and combines passion and work. A questionnaire was applied by the author herself, with profile and Organizational Climate related questions. The sample used was composed by business administration students night shift of the sixth and seventh semesters of PUC-RIO. The results confirmed what was predicted in the reference literature used on the profile factors and characteristics of Generation Y. It was possible to realize that Generation Y is looking for organizations that promote their
development and organizational growth and expect managers with initiative to help them in their professional progress.
