Sulfone Telefonia e Telecomunicações LTDA is a company
dedicated to sell mobile phones and equipments as a sales
representative unit of VIVO former Telefonica Celular in
Rio de Janeiro. The company was restructured during the
past two years in order to overcome the financial problems.
To grow and guarantee its future the partners decided to
prepare a strategic plan, presented in this work.
