With the organizationals changes and the reorganization of
functions, the pressure is bigger that starts to exist for
a politics of remuneration more stimulant. Each time more,
is common the adoption of more flexible behaviors in all
the areas, including the adoption of remuneration
alternatives that better are adapts to these situations, as
it is the case of the variable remuneration. With this, the
objective of this work is to analyze as they are the
activities of variable remuneration inside of a sector, and
the chosen one was the private banking sector. Amongst the
main banks retail that practise this modality of
remuneration the chosen one for the study was the Itaú that
has an elaborated program of variable remuneration, the
AGIR. The proposal is to verify until point this form of
remuneration contributes for the strategy of the
company and if really it motivates the employees.
