The present study was done with the purpose of trading
working tools used by project`s manager into useful tools
for a product development project. Besides the development
of it`s own product and a trademark, a horizon of
possibilities will be carried out by the author and also
its project manager. The project consists of developing a
media`s product with its all features, starting
from COLDTIRES expedition - Alaska / Rio de Janeiro. If it
is expected for the project to succeed and become feasible
it is necessary that its management happens in a
professional way, what will develop a unique product.
