This present study`s goal is to analyze all attributes of Insetisan costumer`s satisfaction, a company in the pest control business, located in Rio de Janeiro. Conclusions extracted from a complex research show that, even though the company had an extremely good performance, some of the attributes need to be better managed, such as the price issue and the toxicity of the products. It would also be interesting for Insetisan to consider using a larger publicity, in order to make sure that its costumers know the advantages of hiring its services instead of other companies.
