Resumo:
The TJM Company is a fresh orange juice extractor machine manufacturer. The main consumers for its products are the supermarkets, hotels and bakeries. Besides the Brazilian market, the exports are responsible for a significant part of TJM sales. At this moment the Company does not have a strategy planning defined by the management. By the analysis of the five forces from Porter, his generic competitive strategies, and those of Miles and Snow and Mintzberg strategies as well, this study defined that the best strategy for the Company is the differentiation strategy of Porter with a strong influence of the differentiation by image and quality proposed by Mintzberg.
