The present work brings an analysis of the quality service
rendered by the Institution of Teaching Liceu Santa Monica,
in the levels of the Medium Teaching (High School), for
this analysis has been identified factors that influence
the quality of rendered services and the consumer's
satisfaction. After this analysis, has been made
recommendations and conclusions that would bring
improvements for this Institution.Concepts has used as: the
quality and consumer's satisfaction and the administration
of services.
