My work is about Timnet, a company that provides wireless
services for TIM operator in Brazil and Latin America. The
challenge is develop innovate high technology products
and build a young community that use cell phone to connect
people. Timnet s actual structure has flaws like treating
the same way and through the same people new products
and daily operations. Timnet doesn t have process flow to
launch new products and they are not treated like real
projects. There is no planning or control. The object of
this study is to create a basic methodology to management
Timnet´s projects. In that way the company will increase
the competitive advantage for reaching the goals, practical
results and more effective products and services.
