|
This project has as the main objective, the presentation of
Quality Administration ISO 9001 that was implanted in the
head office of an insurance company, with the purpose of
improving its process and updating its personnel. The
bibliographic revision is exposed in the sense of
presenting quality concepts related to services,
implementation of the ISO 9001, and the methodology
evaluation of the quality program proposed as the analysis
basis of the project. The project was conceived through the
analysis of three key processes in the automobile branch of
the company, taking as basis the models addressed in the
literature. The analysis was based in the implementation of
the quality systematic performed in the company, as also in
the results (quality indicators) disposed by the same.
