Resumo:
The business of FERANT INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE ROUPAS LTDA. in this large competitive market of fast and significative transformations had come to a point of valuating on how much their offer was satisfacting their clients needs. Because of this necessity the company did a research valuating the clients satisfaction with the objective of obtaining information, this informations where of the greatest utility to improve the performance of the business to their clients. Through this research the company could notice a lot of good points, but it had some points that Ferant could improve its performance to continuate satisfacting the clients needs with the purpose of the business that is to continue getting new clients and retaining them.
