Resumo:
Today the Human Resource Management requires a great deal of adaptations due to turbulences and modifications of the organizations environmental. To fulfill those requirements, HR management Systems have to consider all the organizational strategies goals. Our intension in this paper is to show that management by competence model creates essential tool that permits that human resource management become part of the hall of strategies of an organization. Unquestionably, the intellectual capital management is one of the most important tools which is the responsible to attempt the success and permanency of the future organizations, specially in the complex and high technology market hat we have to dial with.
