The objective of this research is to indicate precisely the
arising problems concerning unbalanced inventory of Lojas
Americanas, analysing the inventory management and orders
procedures of the company and the quality of service of
two of its main providers: Unilever and Loreal, aiming for
possible solutions and improvements on the logistics system.
