This Job has emphosized the importance to the use of
organizational daily quality tools. Through Routine
Management I´ve verified that this kind of tool may have a
positive impact on the increase of productivity through
previsibility and repetition of such process, thus
decreasing the necessity of repeat-work, waste and mistakes.
Therefore, I´ve realized that Routine Menagemente is the
exercing of Governing, and as such it must be sought and
up-graded by everyone in the organization.
