|
This case study introduces a proposal for supply chain and
consequently stock management of IIMAK BRASIL. Initially,
concepts of logistics and supply chain are presented. In
addition to that, concepts of supply chain management are
explored. The IIMAK BRASIL supply chain is characterized by
the presentation of its structure and risks. Based on the
risks presented, a management proposal is formulated which
emphasizes solutions in the areas of logistics, finance and
supply chain management.
