Nowadays, the high competitiveness between companies,
creates a permanent seek of high management efficiency.
Spending with travel and entertainment correspond to the
third largest controlled expenditure in organizations,
reaching a medium of 7% of all operational costs. The
Corporate Card is a payment instrument that helps companies
to manage and control their spending with travel and
entertainment. The gains with the use of the corporate card
as a payment method are divided in financial gains and
internal processes gains. The financial gains are divided
in three categories: Insurance, Payment Time and Money
Advances.
