The evolution of the cellular phone service, along with the
growth of many companies into the Brazilian and Canadian
market, changed the consumer behavior. These consumers
influenced by the industry growth, searched for a way
to adapt socially to the new technology. From a compared
perspective the intention of this study is to expand the
knowledge of cellular phone consumer behavior.
