Resumo:
This paper provides a deeper insight into the theories of Consumer Behavior and Service Marketing within the financial services market. In this context, purely racional factors, such as performance, are not determinants of a client s choice among diferent financial services and products. Subjective factors are of great importance in this choice, being fundamental in the process of client fidelization and market share gain by financial institutions.
