Resumo:
The objective of this work is presenting a comprehensive layout for a negotiator s preparation and conduction of a negotiation. It was made with the purpose of preparing a business executive to face the different kind of negotiations that any executive must face in the day to day work environment. This work was based mainly on the theories proposed by the professors of the Project on Negotiation of the Harvard Law School. Among them are the world renowned negotiations experts Roger Fisher, William Ury, Bruce Patton, among others.
