|
The main purpose of the work is to define processes with
development indicators able to maximize product
availability with the least stock - taking cost. Some
problems such as Back Orders with occur when the enterprise
has already performed a sales contract and fails
to meet the needs of delivering what has been ordered in
due time, must be solved so that the objective is reached.
This paper will show an effective plan for restoring of the
Back Orders, and its origins will be discussed and
evaluated.
The sales out of the deadline in which no reaction is
possible, is the reason for so
large a number of absences. This is the reason why this
item was chosen in search of solutions
during the work.
