Resumo:
All the work done is based on researches made during a services rendering by a consulting organization called ENS, in a partnership with a restaurant that asked for assistance in the administrative area to organize it is business. Along with this service rendering some gaps that may appear in the process between the two organizations are pointed out and these gaps are the ones that will be analyzed in this work - isolated at first, and then studied one by one and in comparison with what really happened in the service rendering by this consulting firm.
