Price Formation is a strategic decision for management.It
has great importance as one key variable on the marketing-
mix of the firm to acquire consumers.An efficient price
formation politic can have a greatcontribution on profits
and long run growth of the organization.But when it is not
well done, it can drive the firm to a collapse.The
importance of price formation will be demonstrated in the
case of Enthos Inc.
