Resumo:
The Bola e Boneca store is trying to mantain itself on the market, because of the dificult situation of the its country economy and with the pression of the biggest toys retail stores too. Due to that a marketing research were made with the objective of measuring the level of clients satisfaction in relation to the services given by the store and with this research improving the services. This research reached directly its public target, because it were made on the store clients database, detecting positive and negative points, in the negative points the price had turn up and in the positive points the satisfaction of the major part of the business clients.
