Sea Glass is a small company dedicated to laminate
surfboards shaped by others. The company is seven years
old. Despite the being recognized as a good brand
at Região dos Lagos market, the company has a very small
income in relation to the surf market potential. To grow
the company decided to start the production surfboards and
start selling surfwear and accessories with its own brand.
A Busines s Plan was prepared in order to trace the ways to
achieve its goals.
