Resumo:
The work aimed to describe the main difficulties that the studied familiar enterprise is facing because of the successory process for wich its going thru and how the company is dealing with this; as well as describing the intrinsic easinesses to the related successory process and the reactions of the company to them. To achieve this goal, the used method was the case study, in other words, being based on an extracted theoretical referencial of bibliographical references, the author tried to enroll the main difficulties and easinesses that, in theory, the familiar companies face during a successory process. Then, by means of a data-collecting that took in account circulars, regulations, balance sheet and other documents, and also interviews and questionnaires, it was possible to find ou if the theoretical concepts could be applied to the reality of this specific company, it was also possible to describe how the familiar company Sugan is reacting to each one of the difficulties inventoried in the theoretical referencial. Finally, one concludes that most of the problems and facilities raised in the theoretical referencial really are observed in the Sugan, and that some of them has been contouring for the company, but others still hasnt.
