Resumo:
The valuation of diversity has been an important organizational measure, nowadays. Context, diversity policy and actions aimed at an organizational environment allow all employees to position themselves as opportunities for full development. The present study had the objective of evaluating the influence of company policy on the perception of belonging to its employees, through the descriptive research. Indicators are pointed to a positive and future impact on the sense of belonging to minorities.
