This paper aims to understand the reasons why the stadiums in Rio de Janeiro are receiving a low average audience. Focused on the Fluminense Football Club, the study presents data collected from a quantitative survey on club fans that help explain some of the reasons for this low average audience. The study also proposes some measures to improve the situation.
