Resumo:
The relations between companies and employees have been more humanized. This trend has grown, as well as becomes larger the interest on Quality of Working Life (QWL) and how companies can change it in order to make workers more satisfied and achieve better productivity. Many researchers have studied QWL, one of them is Walton, who identified 8 criteria that can change QWL. This article has the objective to identify and analyze which factors, according to Walton’s Model, have more influence on the quality of working life in unhealthy conditions in Lupe Peterlu Group.
