The present work intends to identify flaws in the
organizational fluxogram of the present company, Bob`s, and
the consequent unnecessary work, information bottlenecks
and reworks. From this data, the goal is to elaborate an
implementation proposal of an Integrated System of
Management, correcting the correspondent flaws with a
complete reformulation of the fluxogram.
