Resumo:
This work aims to understand the perceptions of makeup consumers about some of the best known cosmetic brands on the market. Through this, we sought to understand which attributes are taken into consideration when choosing certain brands. Through this study, it will also be possible to help retail makeup companies understand and adapt their positioning to customers and build, as a parameter the points raised by consumers, an image appropriate to their target audience. The study was based on a questionnaire addressing the main points needed to reach the goal.
