Companies are looking at the intellectual capital present inside and outside the organization in order to add value and boost their growth and performance and exchange can be influenced by interpersonal communication. The study aims at analyzing the extent to which the fear of communication can affect a professional career of PUC-Rio students administration, identifying aspects concerning Competence Management, Career Management, Emotional Intelligence and Communication that can influence a professional career. The research consisted of a Field survey based on individual interviews with senior students of Administration. Among the main results are aspects related to competences, interpersonal relationships and communication.
