The present essay holds an analysis of the company Alfa Reciclagem de Plásticos, concerning an integrated communication, in order to identify the activities already performed and to develop a strategic plan based on the profile of the company and their clients, as well. In order to do so, guided interviews were made with the owner of the company and with two of their clients. Considering the information gathered from the interviews, along with the participant observation of the author, a number of analysis have been raised and, furthermore, a plan of marketing integrated communication was proposed so as to allow the company to reach their goal of maximizing the captivation their clients.
