This monograph aimed to research the collaboration of the GOs (Gentis Organizadores) in the culture of the company Club Med. And as a specific objective, to investigate the relevance of the cultural diversity of the company; How the organization makes managerial decisions focused on GOs, promoting cultural diversity; As the Club externalizes and integrates the company culture into the GOs, knowing that they are the soul and embodiment of Club Med (CLUB MEDITERANEE, 2014, p.20). The study of theories about culture, organization culture and cultural diversity were fundamental to reach the objectives of this monograph and to base the analyzes in the interviews of the Club employees, where it was possible to verify that cultural diversity and other benefits attract the best talent , allowing the reception of diversified customer segments.
