The Work Life Quality has been more valued in the organizations that recognize employees importance on productivity. This paper aims to identify, using Walton s model, aspects that influence teaching staff and technical administrative employees Work Life Quality of an nonprofit Higher Education Institution in Rio de Janeiro city. A field survey was carried out, through a questionnaire and interviews, with employees with more than 20 years of work in the referred Education Institution One of the most expressive results was Constitutionalism criterion.
