Resumo:
The research sought to understand the behavior and perceptions of the carioca consumers about cold pressed juice and the Greenpeople brand. In order to do so, we sought to analyze the Greenpeople brand associations; understand the behavior of the customer before the brand; identify barriers that may prevent consumers from continuing to buy the products; to suggest suggestions for improvements to the marketing campaigns at Greenpeople, which seek customer loyalty. For the latter, a survey was carried out with the residents of the city of Rio de Janeiro. After a selection, the responses were organized and analyzed quantitatively.
