Resumo:
The entertainment market is a important growing sector in the brazilian economy. Despite all the opportunities created by the economic growth in this segment, companies and brands are finding some difficulties to stand out from the increase in competition. In this context, this study investigates through online questionnaires and exploratory study if the experience marketing actions promoted by brands within events and shows in Rio de Janeiro are in fact perceived by the final consumer.
