This study aims to assess the level of satisfaction regarding the quality of the training and development programs provided by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro to its employees. The research was carried out with about 200 PUC-Rio personnel who participated, or not, in the programs developed and offered by the Institution. In addition to assessing the level of satisfaction, this paper presents the importance and benefits of training and development for both personnel and organization.
