The present study aims to comprehend the attitude of the individual in the implementation of digital transformation in different companies. In the heart of the technological era, digital transformation is the engine for innovation, responsible for changing how companies connect to their businesses and how they interact with the market and different customers. Its implementation gives birth to a new paradigm and a new way of thinking that prioritizes the human factor. The employee becomes responsible for guiding the changes in the organization, with the manager level support being essential in reducing resistance. Therefore, there is a need for flexible business models, with teams capable of reinventing processes and willing to change their mindset so that ideas which bring competitive advantage to the company can be proposed.
