|
The goal of this project is to analyze the impact caused by
an implementation of an ERP tool at the materials
management of RPDM. All over the years the RPDM was a
familiar company, what become its management very
centralized. Two years ago, Repsol bought a big amount of
RPDM shares. After that, they decided to invest in
Information Technology, the ERP tool. Due to that, was
analyzed the RPDM and its material management before the
implementation and how it has been managing nowadays.
