This project aims to show how administrative analysis has been used as a qualified tool for improving processes at Ômega insurance company. The judicial deposit process of the automobile insurance department was traced and analysed resulting in a set of proposals that seeks greater automatization, less utilization of forms, increased data control and security and reduction of financial losses caused by the present process.
