Each time more the companies find unstable, unsafe,
unexpected, turbulent and competitive environment, being
more difficult to survive and to have success. But only to
produce in scale and to have a great structure is not
sufficient anymore in order to obtain good results.
Perceiving the new requirements of the market and verifying
that it is systems were obsolete, Infoglobo decided to
implant an integrated management system.
This study has as objective to show the impacts that this
introduction had in the variation of the delinquency taxes
of the company, how it organized itself to optimize this,
as well as presenting how the implementation was.
