Resumo:
This work consists of an analysis of Plaza Copacabana Hotel, one of Rede Windsor's six hotels, in the which we tried to elaborate strategies and marketing actions so that the company can develop and to accomplish the objective proposed in this work, in other words, keep customers. For that along the work analyzed important points, such as: analysis of the hotel section, of the market, competitive, of your customers characteristics and the easiness and limitation of obtaining important information for the project. All this,together with the analyses for the elaboration, it was taken to the development of strategies,as: suitcase-direct, telemarketing and researches, which can and they can contribute to the success of this project.
