Resumo:
From the first moment in which one thinks about taking a leisure trip to experience the trip itself, micro-moments were identified in a survey conducted by Think with Google (2016), in which travelers searches for information online. They are: I want to get away, time to make a plan, let s book it and can t wait to explore. The present study aims to observe if this division of the trip into micro moments occurs with a group of young travelers in Rio de Janeiro the behavior of the traveler in each step of the process of planning trips online from a qualitative research. It was concluded, then, the existence of the micro-moments in the sample, but in a different way from the first research.
