|
The following study presents solutions to eliminate the
problems caused by bureaucracy in the companies, mainly in
the public ones, thus improving the internal environment
and its corporative communication. This thesis analyzes
the case of the company Eletrobrás Termonuclear S.A. -
Termonuclear. In parallel, it proposes actions that the
company should take according to survey s results, in order
to speed up its processes and improve the company s
communication as a whole.
